Simply click on the product you want to order using the drop down menus and when you have found the product you want, follow the instructions. If we can make it any easier, please tell us how.

How do I order?
And how long does it take?
You can order any of our products by clicking on the prop SHOP page and scroll through the order types and different options. Note that there are more than one page on the products.
It can take anything from 3 days to 14 days depending on the option you want with it. Some items only take longer if we are out of stock. Usually its 3 days UK and 5 days overseas.
How can I re-order any of the products that I like or order for a friend?
Log in to your account and choose the product page you ordered from and then choose another product and it will automatically be picked and packed and sent to the address you specify.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped using our logistics specialists. Small items are sent using Royal Mail and larger, more valuable items using our courier service. Both of these are tracked so you never lose your order.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item from the one that I ordered from you?
Returns & Exchanges
We will only be able to give any refunds on items that are returned sealed, unused and untampered with and that can be sold again. Damaged items can be claimed via our mail system but only up to a value of £50 per item.
We're sorry but we cannot swap or exchange items once they have been shipped or fees may be incurred making the process uneconomical.

Our order system uses your details linked to the product you ordered so this is very rare. But if it happens you can email us and let us know with your order no or tracking no and we will pout it right immediately.
Do you keep hold of my data? What if I don't want news email?
How do I track my order and when will it arrive?
We use only UPS, DHL or DPD to send your order so its easy to go to any of the courier sites and log in and track where it is or where it may be left (we email you with your tracking data as a link the minute your order keaves us).
We do not pass your details on to anyone else. We only use your email address with your permission to contact you and let you know the status of your order. We also let you know of new items or special offers but if you don't wish to receive any emails from us then all you need do is to let us know and we will ensure that you are not disturbed any more.
I want to pre-order a product so what happens when I pay for something that isn't out yet?
When you pre-order something you pay for it so that your order has secured the item and we use the number of orders to determine the first customer priorities so if there is anything you want to get forst before anyone else, pre-order it and then be assured that if you were first to get there then the item you receive (especially if its a imited edition) will have you highest on the list.
